To introduce the next changes into the article 18 of the Law of Turkmenistan on 14 of July 1999 “On licensing of some kinds of activity” (Vedomosti of the Mejlis (parlament) of Turkmenistan, 1999 N 2, Art. 39:)
to state the thirty fifth paragraph of the article in the next wording:
“transportation, transport and forwarding , broker’s, diving, under-water and technical, bottom deepening activity of the sea transport and coast of the of the Caspian Sea of Turkmenistan”;
add the next paragraph to the article:
“hydro-metrological activity”;
“the activity in the field of communication”.
