To introduce changes into the next legislative acts of Turkmenistan:
At the headline and at the part I and part II of Article 224 of the Code of Turkmenistan on administrative infringement of the Law adopted by Supreme Council of Turkmen SSR on December 17, 1984 of the Supreme Council of Turkmen SSR, 1984, ¹35á art. 153; 1985 ¹23 art.127; ¹35 art.176; 1986, ¹14 art58, ¹17 art78; 1987, ¹12 art54, ¹21 art112, ¹23 art 118, 119, ¹26 art 129; 1988, ¹2 art 3; 1989, ¹12 art58, ¹15 art74; 1991 ¹1-2á art10, ¹9-10 art 100, ¹16 art 169; Vedomosti of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, 1992, ¹5 art45, ¹9 art 87; 1993 ¹11-12 art 111; 1995 ¹2 art17, ¹3 art 39; 1996 ¹1-2 art7, ¹4, art89; 1997 ¹1, art3,4, ¹2 art11; 1998 ¹1 art5,11) change the words “on standardisation, metrology, protection of bowels and safety holding of works in the national economy of Turkmenistan” by “Turkmestandartlary”.
In the Law of Turkmenistan
dated October 1, 1993 “On Labour Protection” (Vedomosti of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan,
1993 ¹9-10, part IV, art. 63);
- in the part V of the Article 9 the words “on standardisation, metrology, protection
of bowels and safety holding of works in the national economy of Turkmenistan”
and “of Turkmenistan” change by “Turkmenstandart”;
- in the part II of the Article 18 the words “Head Inspection of Turkmenistan”
change by the words “Head inspection “Turkmenstandart”;
- in the part I and II of the Article 19, part I of the Article 23, part I of
the Article 29, the word “of Turkmenistan” change by the word “Turkmenstandart”.
In the Law of Turkmenistan on October 1, 1993 “On the protection of the rights
of customers” (Vedomosti of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, 1993, ¹9-10, part IV,
article 66);
- in the paragraph 3 of the Article 4, the words “on standardisation, metrology,
protection of bowels and safety holding of works in the national economy of
Turkmenistan (the Head State Inspection of Turkmenistan)” change by the words
“Turkmenstandart” (Head State Inspection “Turkmenstandart”);
- in the Article 33, in the paragraphs 1,2,3 of the Article 34 the words “Head
State Inspection of Turkmenistan”, “Head State Inspection of Turkmenistan” and
“Head State Inspection of Turkmenistan” change accordingly by the words “Head
State Inspection “Turkmenstandart”, “Head State Inspection “Turkmenstandart”
and “Head State Inspection “Turkmenstandart”.
In the Article 5 of the Law of Turkmenistan on October 8, 1993 “On Certification of the products and services” (Vedomosti of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, 1993, ¹9-10, part VI, art. 94) the words “Head State Inspection of Turkmenistan” change by the words “Head State Inspection “Turkmenstandart”.
In the paragraph II of the Article 19 of the Law of Turkmenistan on June 18, 1996 “On seeds” (Vedomosti of the Mejlis of Turkmenistan, 1996, ¹1-2, part II, art. 9) the words “on standardisation, metrology, protection of bowels and safety holding of works in the national economy of Turkmenistan” change by the words “Turkmenstandart”.
