The Mejlis of Turkmenistan decrees:
to insert into the Law of Turkmenistan on May 19, 1992 “On foreign economic activity in Turkmenistan” (Vedomosti of Mejlis of Turkmenistan, 1992, ¹5, art 36) the next amendments:

1. The second paragraph of the first part, article 4 state in the next wording : “registration of juridical and physical persons, regardless of the form of property”.

2. In the Part II of the article 4 the words “to all participants” change by the words “by the realised subjects”.

3. The first sentence of the first part, article 5 to state in the following wording: “The state regulation of foreign economic activity is carried out by the bodies determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan”.

4. From the third part of the article 8, exclude the words “and foreign banks”

5. The third paragraph of the first part, article 9 state in the following wording: “to present the financial and statistical report to the state bodies regulating foreign economic activity in the accepted order”.

6. The first paragraph of the first part, article to state in the following wording: “holding up of foreign economic activity of the subjects, determined in the article 7 of the present Law is carried out by specially authorised for that state bodies in cases”.
